Gold & XP lets users create, upload, and publish campaign art, character portraits, monster images, maps, blog posts, public campaign pages, AI-assisted images, and tabletop reference material. Users are responsible for making sure they have the rights needed to use the content they submit.
1. User responsibility
- Only upload content you own, created yourself, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to use.
- Do not upload copyrighted books, maps, art, stat blocks, adventures, or images unless you have the right to do so.
- Do not use Gold & XP to distribute pirated tabletop game material or paid content without permission.
- AI-assisted content may still raise copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity issues. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them.
2. Copyright notices
If you believe content on Gold & XP infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@goldandxp.com. Include:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The URL or other specific location of the allegedly infringing content.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-notices
If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe removal was a mistake, contact support@goldandxp.com. Include your contact information, the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was mistaken, and your consent to the appropriate legal process.
4. Repeat infringers
We may disable or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly post content they do not have permission to use.
5. Other rights
This policy also applies to trademark, publicity, privacy, and similar rights concerns when users upload, generate, or publish content that appears to misuse someone else's work, likeness, brand, or identity.
