AI Content Policy

Gold & XP may offer AI-assisted tools for campaign images, character portraits, NPC images, location art, blog art, summaries, text, or similar tabletop content. This policy explains user responsibilities and limits for AI-assisted features.

1. AI outputs can be imperfect

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unexpected, or unsuitable for your campaign.
• Outputs may resemble content generated for other users.
• We do not guarantee that outputs are free of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights concerns.
• You are responsible for reviewing prompts and outputs before publishing or relying on them.

2. Prohibited AI uses

You may not use AI features to create, request, upload, or publish:

• Harassment, hate, threats, scams, malware, illegal instructions, or privacy violations.
• Sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Deepfakes, impersonations, or realistic depictions of real people without consent.
• Content designed to evade moderation, safety systems, or provider policies.
• Copyrighted or trademarked material you do not have the right to use.

3. Public content

If you publish AI-assisted content on a public campaign page, blog, group, or profile, it must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines.

4. Safety blocks and credit returns

AI providers or Gold & XP may block prompts or outputs for safety, policy, technical, or rights reasons. When a generation attempt fails or is blocked before a usable result is delivered, the credit for that attempt is returned to your Gold & XP account.

5. Reporting AI content

Report AI-assisted content that appears unsafe, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by using in-app report tools or contacting support@goldandxp.com.
