Acceptable Use Policy

Gold & XP is built for tabletop campaigns, public posts, comments, profiles, groups, messages, images, maps, and AI-assisted creative tools. This policy explains what users may not post, upload, generate, or do through the service.

1. Respect and safety

You may not use Gold & XP to harass, threaten, intimidate, shame, or target others.

• No bullying, stalking, dogpiling, or repeated unwanted contact.
• No credible threats of violence or encouragement of real-world harm.
• No impersonation, deceptive profiles, or attempts to mislead others about your identity.
• No publishing private information without permission, including addresses, phone numbers, private emails, or private messages.

2. Hate, abuse, and exploitation

You may not post or promote hateful, abusive, or exploitative content.

• No attacks or dehumanizing content based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or age.
• No sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, grooming, or sexual exploitation.
• No content encouraging self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous acts.
• No gratuitous real-world gore, torture, or extreme violence outside a clearly fictional tabletop context.

3. Sexual and NSFW content

Gold & XP is not an adult-content service. Do not post sexually explicit images, explicit roleplay, pornography, fetish content, or content intended primarily for sexual gratification. Mature fictional themes must stay non-explicit, properly contextualized, and appropriate for the audience that can see them.

4. Illegal, harmful, and deceptive activity

• No illegal goods, illegal services, or instructions for committing crimes.
• No malware, phishing, credential theft, account abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• No spam, scams, fraudulent promotions, fake giveaways, or misleading commercial activity.
• No attempts to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the service.

5. Copyright and third-party rights

Only upload or publish content you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to use. This applies to campaign art, monster images, maps, avatars, blog content, AI-assisted images, and tabletop game material. See our Copyright / DMCA Policy.

6. AI features

Do not use AI tools to generate prohibited content, impersonate real people without consent, create non-consensual sexual content, evade moderation, or violate someone else's rights. See our AI Content Policy.

7. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit visibility, disable features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or preserve information when necessary to investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect the service and its users.
